3. All items are checked against visible defects before delivery/posting. Please note that it is sometimes inevitable that certain items might have some slight dirt/stains that are inherited from the supplier.

Payment Terms and Conditions
1. All prices are NETT(excluding postage and handling fees unless otherwise stated) and NON-NEGOTIABLE.
2. All payments are to be made in Singapore Dollars as shown on website.
3. Full refund will be transferred back to buyer in any event of out of stock by Clothes4Todds.
4. Clothes4Todds will reply all enquiries and emails within 48hours. If no reply is received within this time frame, please highlight and email us one moe time.
**Updates: For those using Iphones to check emails, we have encountered many cases where replies were sent by us but not reflected on the smart phones. It is strongly urged that you follow up the email correspondence from your computer.**
5. All orders will be reserved and placed on hold upon order confirmation. We reserve the right to release the order without prior notice if no payment is received within 24 hours upon last correspondence.
6. All payments are to be made to POSB savings account: 002-84862-7. Do note that inter-bank transfers will take around 2 working days to be effected. OCBC or UOB account is also available upon request. Please email us for account details.
7. Please email us your name, mailing address, ibanking nick and amount transferred once payment is made. For payment made through ATM, please provide a photo of the transaction receipt.
8. Postage & Handling Fees is based on weight steps:

101g - 250g : $1.50
251g - 500g : $2.00
501g - 1kg : $3.00
1kg - 2kg : $4.00

9. There will be free normal postage for purchases above $50.00(not applicable for books and stationary sets). Free normal postage is not applicable for items with promotional price. Certain items' pricing is already inclusive of free normal postage. These items' value will not be considered in the >$50.00 free normal postage offer.
Delivery Terms and Conditions
1. Items would be mailed out within 2 working days to Singapore Post once payment is received and acknowledged.
2. Singapore Post normally takes 1 - 3 working days to deliver the items. Clothes4Todds will NOT be responsible for any delays, lost or damaged items through normal post. We strongly recommend using registered postage.
3. Registered postage can be arranged upon request. An additional of $2.50 shall be borne by the buyer. Clothes4Todds will process all registered postage twice a week at our convenience
